At Infinix.pk buying any of our products is super simple and stress-free. From the moment you place your order to the time it reaches your doorstep, our process stays smooth and transparent. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery system and payment method.
Delivery Policy
We deliver smartphones all across Pakistan quickly and safely. Your convenience matters to us and we make sure every parcel is packed securely before dispatch.
Free Shipping
We do not charge any delivery fee. Delivery is completely free for all cities in Pakistan; no minimum order threshold is required. No matter where you live in Pakistan we’ll deliver right at your doorstep.
Order Dispatch
All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Our team verifies the order carefully to keep the things smooth and to avoid unnecessary delay. If you want to cancel your order, you should do it before the dispatching process is complete.Â
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Major cities usually receive the orders faster.Â
- Same Day Delivery (Lahore Only): Customers in Lahore can enjoy same-day or under 24-hour delivery in most cases. Place your order early and get your infinix smartphone within hours.
- We deliver orders only from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- We don’t deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery timeline may vary slightly due to weather conditions, public holidays or courier delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We will not be responsible in case of wrong shipping address and unavailability of the receiver on the delivery day.
- In case of shipping delays or the receiver being uncontactable, we will notify the estimated delivery time to our customers.
Payment Method
We like to keep payments simple and safe. Currently, Infinix.pk offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan. Pay in cash when your order arrives. No advance payment required. Inspect the parcel if it’s damaged or opened and do not accept the package.
Receiving Your Package
When your parcel arrives, you do not need to show any proof of identification. You just need to sign the courier slip to confirm you have received it. All our parcels are properly sealed at the warehouse before shipping. When you receive your package, please check it carefully. If the parcel looks damaged, torn or already opened, do not accept it, return it immediately. Inform us and we will send you a replacement within a few days.
Proof of Delivery & Refund Claims
We strongly recommend that you record a video while opening the parcel. Start recording before you open the package and continue until the product is fully visible. If the item inside is damaged, missing or incorrect, this video will help us process your refund or replacement quickly.
Please note:
- Refund or replacement claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
- If you find any missing or tampered item inside, contact us within 24 hours of delivery through our customer support team.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order:
- Once your order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
- If you need to update the address, you must cancel the order and place a new one with correct details.
- If your product is delivered to a wrong address due to any mistake, we will try to deliver your order by providing estimated time or will refund your money according to our refund policy.
