Do Infinix.pk offer original infinix products?

As an official seller, Infinix.pk only offers 100% authentic, pin-packed and warranty backed infinix products at the lowest prices in Pakistan. We don’t sell second hand or repaired products.

Do Infinix.pk offer warranty on all of their products?

Infinix.pk offers 1-year warranty on all infinix products including smartphones, earbuds, smartwatches, air purifiers, smart TVs and laptops.

Do Infinix.pk offer the best price for Infinix products?

Yes, Infinix.pk offers the lowest prices in Pakistan for Infinix smartphones, accessories and all other Infinix products.

How quick do you deliver orders?

Our standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on where you live. We also offer same day delivery for Lahore customers. We deliver only from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM to 7 PM. As per our shipment policy.

What are your delivery charges?

We deliver orders all across Pakistan no matter where you live, without any delivery fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Credit/Debit Cards, Bank account transfer, online Wallets and RAAST payment. We also accept Cash on Delivery but 20% advance payment is mandatory to confirm your order.

Can I return or refund my order?

Yes, only if the received product is damaged or wrong. It is recommended to record an unboxing video of your parcel so it can be submitted as a proof in case you received damaged or wrong product.

How to check infinix warranty online?

You can easily check the warranty of infinix products online from our warranty checker page. You’ll only need the IMEI number of your device.

When can I claim warranty on infinix products?

All products are warranted against manufacturing defects and software issues only. Damage caused by liquid ingress, fire, natural disaster, accidental slip and voltage fluctuations etc. is not covered under warranty.

Can I change my delivery address after confirming the order?

Once your order is dispatched, you cannot change your address then. You may have to cancel it and place a new order with the right delivery address before dispatching or Contact Support for further guidance.Â
